Sorry guys, I've been not posting anything! It's been hard for me to get to a computer I can download things on.
I'll be writing mostly, thanks for understanding!

A footstep and a pause
Contemplation turning the world to a misty haze
A second step, sinking deep into the earth
Decisively centered with focused care
The trademark of her thoughts unspoken

Silent, she listens to the earth  
The youth reaches for an end
To questions only the silence can answer
Footsteps becoming more shallow, less perfect
As her feet begin to wander

With no thought to where it leads;
she follows a single dove    
In her yearning to possess
A symbol of peace to end her queries
The footsteps on the ground
Are aimless with no destination
And the sound of the calling dove
Tantalizing yet so far
Breaks the silence of a wanderer's steps

A symbol calling, the figure following
On her determined journey
With unwavering devotion
belonging to not the dove she follows;      
But to the guidance she forever seeks
Ever to wander with one goal
Never to ignore the calling of peace/

Come on, everyone has done it. Pulled over while driving, parked, and opened the skylight window to stand on your seat and take pictures like a tourist. I have-- at least fifty or sixty times. Seventy tops. Anyways, The next 3 sunset photos are of the same sunset, at different times, angles, and places along the journey. The last is at that same scene that they always are at-- my grandmother's place with the big pine in front and the islands, with a gorgeously reflective ocean. Am I rambling? Ha ha. Anyways, pulling over for a split-second shot is a lot of fun, especially in the beautiful wilderness of where I live (I mean, where I am when I'm not...right behind you. That shadow over there, see? That's often me). Try it-- it gets a new angle on things!!!

I recently, for my birthday, got a new camera ^_^
I'll spend some quality time with it, and get to know it first. It's a Cannon PowerShot A2300 Digital Camera.
I'm very excited about using, it, but in some circumstances I may resort to my indestructable camera (for exploring and such) so as not to hurt my good camera.

Yes, I recently published something on depression. Nope, it's not about me.
Anyways, I will be posting more poetry and writing if this receives a positive outcome-- but I'll wait for a little while. I will still be doing photography, of course. Although...I am still recovering from those hikes to grab my recent shots ^^

Hi. I have a lot to submit, but I do have to say that looking back, my photography has een getting better and better. So has my drawings and manipulations!

I am going to attempt to open another account, this time it will be my drawings/manips/clay figures account.
This will happen within a month, hopefully. Thought I'd let you know.

Oh, and I am starting to join groups as well-- for the first time, I admit. So, my watcher, I hope I have kept my word by looking at and commenting/faving some of your work and hope for some constructive criticism back ^^ Compliments are nice, but criticism is more useful.
